Purpose: Recording appointments for cosmetic services, sending confirmation emails, and phone consultation if necessary.

3. Data Transfer (Data Processors)

The Data Controller stores booking data in its own system. For synchronization purposes, your name and chosen service may be entered into the Data Controller's private Google Calendar. We use the website host's systems for sending emails.

4. Data Retention Period

Personal data provided during booking will be stored until the treatment is completed or for the mandatory retention period prescribed by accounting laws (in case of billing). If the guest requests the deletion of their data and there is no legal obstacle, the data will be deleted within 8 days.

5. Use of Cookies

The Website only uses strictly necessary session cookies for operation. These cookies do not collect personal data and are deleted when the browser is closed. The website DOES NOT use marketing or third-party tracking cookies (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).
