Terms and Conditions (T&C)

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: T&C) contain the terms and conditions for using the cosmetic services provided by Szilvia Ágoston, sole proprietor (hereinafter: Service Provider).

2. Booking and Use of Services

The Service Provider provides cosmetic and beauty services. Appointments can be booked through the website, by phone, or in person. Online bookings become final upon receipt of a confirmation email.

3. Cancellation Policy and Delays

I respectfully ask my Guests that if they cannot attend the booked appointment, they notify me at least 24 hours before the booked time, so I can offer the slot to someone else.

The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or modify a booked appointment in justified cases (e.g., illness, technical reasons). The Guest will be notified as soon as possible.

In case of delay, the duration of the treatment may be shortened. For delays exceeding 15 minutes, the Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the treatment to avoid delaying the next guest.

4. Prices and Right to Modify

The prices listed on the website and in the salon are in HUF. Payment is made on-site after the treatment. The Service Provider reserves the right to unilaterally change these T&C, the offered services, and prices. However, the prices valid at the time of booking apply to already booked and confirmed appointments.
